No problems at all

I was disappointed that when we were given our estimate, Keith did not makes us aware that the crew would not be able to get under our porch. We incurred an additional $800.00 expense. I think he should have advised about this before we signed contract. When made aware of that expense, he said it had already caused a delay when the crew arrived and could not continue. That shouldn't have been my problem. My husband asked him to consider splitting that expense with us and the response was we had already caused a delay. I'm honestly not sure we would have proceeded with that portion of the job if I'd been aware. Insulating the roof might have been more than enough.
