The experience I had with Dr. energy saver with second to none. Honestly, it has ruined me for all other contractor experiences. From the very first response of the sales call rate through the final installation, everything went beautifully. It was on time, on budget, and pleated better than I ever imagined.

Most of my communications were directly with my salesman, but the call center did call me at one point to check in to be sure I was satisfied with the sales call and to see if I needed any other information before making a decision.

Keith was amazing. When I requested a quote from home advisor, he responded within minutes and was out to meet with me the next morning. He spent nearly 2 hours with me, and answered all my questions and explained everything beautifully. He had photos of what the potential possibilities were, and we were able to make decisions on the spot. The best part was that he pulled out his computer at the end of the visit, worked up the quote, and emailed it to me while he was still on site. I’ve never had a contractor do that. It was an incredible experience. He also answered many questions via email, often responding within the hour. He was thoughtful, kind, personable, and extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend him.

Rudy’s crew was fantastic. They were Fast, efficient, and they left the place cleaner than they found it. I expected to have to do many hours of cleanup after the insulation went in, and instead I had absolutely nothing to do. Rudy was very communicative, and extremely helpful. He called to let me know when he would arrive and he kept me apprised of the status of the installation every step of the way. I highly recommend this crew!

The crew cleaned up after themselves so well that I had nothing to do after they left. I’m not kidding when I say that it was cleaner then when they arrived.
