Needs more effective communication and communication skill sets.

Johnny Lopez is a must have for ANY Dr. Energy project. Extremely professional, wonderfully communicative, unbelievably thorough...a perfectionist (which is exactly who you want with any home issue). Johnny fully resolved a multitude of home problems that I was encountering, some of which I did not know that I had or thought that I was stuck with because there was no resolution. This employee went so out of his way to allow me access into the skeleton of my home so that he could explain everything to me in great detail. He would also not complete anything unless I personally and fully inspected it. To say that he is a very calm and patient worker would be an understatement. He and his crew were a joy to have in my home in order to complete this 5 day in all job. I would not hesitate to have him back in my home in any capacity. The entire crew treated my home as if it was theirs. Dr. Energy is priviledged to have this man as their loyal employee. This particular employee is the main reason that I completed such a large job with this company. They did a superb job!
