The best example of Rudy's attention to detail and customer service was in the installation of the attic ladder. The first ladder had a warped board so it didn't fit flush with the ceiling when closed. Rudy got a 2nd ladder, which was better but not good enough. Without any prompting, Rudy got a third ladder and came back on a separate day to install it. This type of good service is appreciated.

Our Overall Service

It has mostly been good. The quality of the work is always excellent. This time the was some damage to some AC ducts that couldn't be repaired. It took some negotiating to get Dr. EnergySaver to live up to its promise of"if we break something, we fix it." Even then the damage cost me an extra $1200.

Paul Zambrano is really good and knowledgeable. He guided us through the choices, and was patient in allowing us to decide on the best option. He was good to deal with, even when the damage occurred. He was always very responsive to emails and phone calls.

Our Installation Crew

Really good work. The foam sealing was carefully done. The catwalk and dams were well done. I got what I was expecting.

The Cleanup Process

Inside the house the clean up was a 5. In the attic it was a 3. I would have liked that the vacuuming were done a little more carefully.

What made you choose our company:

I've used you twice before. Once to do basement work, and the second time to seal the basement sill and install a dehumidifier. This is our third go around.
