All those I came in contact with during this process (from setting the original appointment to the installation), was personable, professional, helpful, and knowledgeable.
Most of my telephone contact was with Marsha/Marcia. Kudos to her for her knowledge and helpful manner.
Tom is a great representative of LG. He answered my questions and was personable.
Jaron and Trevor were the best! They are great representatives of LG. They went right to work and were finished sooner than I had anticipated. They were also very quiet; in fact, I looked outside several times to see if they were still around. I expected the taking down of the old gutters and installing the new to be somewhat noisy. I did hear a drill now and then. These two are a good team and good for LG. (It even rained a bit when they were finishing up with the installation!)

What made you choose our company:
For some time now, I had been thinking about updating my gutters- as in at least for a couple of years. I ended up with you because I didn't want something I'd still have to have someone get up there and clean out the leaves.) I also got a hold of one of your previous customers from the list you had given to me; he told me about a couple of issues he had had with other providers before he chose yours. So I decided I didn't want to experience (have the expense of) what he want through trying to "find the right" solution! And here we are!
