This Bethesda homeowner called in after we had done work in his attic and noted that his heat pump is not efficient. After an inspection from our Home Comfort Specialist, Jonathan, it was determined that the unit is too old to try to fix up and that replacing it would be the way to go. With that, our HVAC Installers, Damian and Colby, went out and after greeting the homeowner, started to remove the old unit. Once the old unit is out, it is time to bring in the new unit and connecting it to the existing ductwork. After a long day of work, the new unit is in and works perfectly!    This happy homeowner noticed a difference before the installers had even left! Another happy customer!

This homeowner recently got a new roof and while it was being done, wanted to match the new roof with some new insulation in the attic! They called into our office and scheduled an estimate with one of our Home Comfort Specialists, Jonathan. After the energy test was completed, it was found that his home was very leaky and the insulation level was currently too low. We were able to get our crew out to him quick and started work right away. The first step Alex and his crew took to prep the attic was using a one-part spray foam to seal the top plates within the attic so that no conditioned air leaks out. Then they installed baffles, flags and measure sticks to finish the attic work. Once we were finished prepping, the blow truck lead by Jason showed up and began to install new blown-in cellulose. With the new cellulose installed, the job was complete!   The homeowner noticed a huge difference in his energy bill and thanked the Complete Home Solutions team for helping him!

This homeowner purchased a Colonial home built in 1968. They were experiencing drafts and fluctuating temperatures upstairs, so they decided to call us in to take a look at what was going on within their home!   After our Home Comfort Specialist, Ben, performed a blower door test, he confirmed that there was significant air leakage into the attic. Ben recommended that the homeowner remove all the old batt insulation and go for blown-in cellulose insulation. Our Home Comfort Technicians arrived at the job and air-sealed the attic to prevent future air leakage. After that, they installed blown-in cellulose insulation in the attic, which helped keep the temperature in their home more consistent.    This homeowner is extremely happy with the work that was done and can truly feel the difference!

Thomas was in need of a quality replacement for his old Heat Pump unit. With his old unit on its last legs, he called the professionals at Complete Home Solutions to come and help him out! We sent James, our Home Comfort Specialist, to inspect and measure the old unit in order to get the new unit at just the right size. After measurements were taken, we order the replacement and send our HVAC Installers, Damian and Colby, to install the new unit. After a hard days work, the old unit was replaced and the new unit was installed in its place; a perfect fit!    Thomas was very appreciative of the work and the care put into the installation!
