Mohammad Ahmed was our service expert. We appreciated how professional Mohammed was and he is very knowledgeable. He diagnosed and fixed the issue w/ the initial installation, which resolved our heat issue on a very cold night! I wasn’t to emphasize the exceptional level of attention and expertise Mohammed provided. We will be specifically asking for him for future service calls!!
