Our Service Person's Diagnosis
I believe auto water fill device was real problem. Condensate piping may have contributed but not the problem with boiler filling up with water. Condensate piping probably needed replacing so I was ok with project.
Our Service Work
Replaced condensate piping and water auto feed device.
The Cleanup Process
Took all old piping and fittings, swept up area, left everything clean and neat.
They were excellent.
