The tech explained he's checked the hot water heater and that because of its age and type will need to be replaced soon-also gave me options.

He did everything required in a timely and professional manner.
The Cleanup Process
He had shut off the lights and locked the cellar so I could have not been there and it would have been OK. All your techs are good, but I was impressed with his
knowledge and his work.
