We were given very specific information about what the process of updating our geothermal heating/cooling system entailed. The quote we were given was done on the spot, on the day of the initial inspection. Surprisingly, it was very competitive with quotes from other companies with whom we consulted--although we had to wait weeks for the other quotes. What really clinched the deal, however, was how knowledgeable and patient your representative was--he explained things thoroughly and fully and was very patient with our many questions. We were extremely pleased with our decision to go with Halco!
