Pete couldn't have been more generous or better at his job. I was sorry that he bumped his head going down the stairs. Pete was pleasant and efficient and solved the problem quickly.

I find that anyone who answers your phone at Halco is always very helpful and does exactly what she or he says will be done.

Actually, there was no diagnosis. After the fact, if I had thought to ask if you questions perhaps I would have been able to solve the problem myself. The GF I had tripped and they had I known to look for that I would've had to have Pete come.

The see GFI had tripped Which had never happened in my experience of having almost 40 years of owning houses that had it like air-conditioning. But it was the second thing Pete thought of and it's saved looking at the unit in a detailed way. So I am very pleased.
