Job review from Shannon in North Syracuse, NY 13212 on 11/20/13

Guys were all wonderful. There was an issue with a gas leak that was not told to me until after it had been resolved. It was done swiftly but I had two small children in the house and the heat was turned off and doors left open. I would have appreciated some communication as to what was happening so I could have better assessed my needs to move next door or bundle the kids up more. I wasn't informed that the heat was off until after I just saw the temp dropping and noticed additional crews arrive.

Both crews did a great job cleaning up behind themselves. There was a need to vacuum just a small bit from the insulation removal debris.
