I always feel safe having a Halco service person figure out what is going on- they don't give up and charge a fair price if the problem takes a few calls to diagnose. No matter what the level of the person doing the work, they always have access to other experts when they are stymied. So glad this turned out to be a loose wire and breaker problem.
