Call Representative
Recommend you let Customers provide their phone number rather than address when they call in to request service. This would work better for people who have moved or have more than one address in your system.

Dan was very professional and did a great job of analyzing the problem and suggesting a fix. He has also been great at communicating next steps and any delays in the follow-on project (connecting the houses to the new city water line).
