Eric was very knowledgeable and laid out the options for us. I only wish that the blower door test could have been done but there was some asbestos tape on some of our ductwork so it couldn't be done.

What did they learn that was most surprising:
Was pleasantly surprised to learn that almost half of the work to be done would be covered by NYSEG and that financing was available for the remainder. This is something that you should promote. A lot more people would have you do work for them if they knew the available payment options.
