What did they learn that was most surprising:
My boiler was not the problem causing excessive oil usage, it was the lack of air sealing and insulation throughout the attic (2” in some areas). Also the methods that can be used to insulate my cathedral ceiling if needed. Adviser was a gentlemen with very impressive knowledge of the process.
