I thought the crew left a bit of a mess outside (lots of insulation pieces, some water bottles and lunch garbage I had to clean up). One guy fell through my attic, punching a hole in the ceiling that required additional work a week later, but that was fixed very well, and you'd never know it happened at all. A minor inconvenience to have to get someone else over to the house. (Great job by Robert, the spackle guy who patched it up.)

What made you choose our company:

I felt very comfortable with the rep/engineer (I think his name was Bryan, but I lost his card) who gave me the initial quote, and went with my gut. I THINK this was the right decision, and my drafty house feels a little warmer (I THINK?) but the cold weather has only just begun, so it's hard to gauge. I think its a long game. I need to see how our energy bills stack up over the winter, and if the house feels cooler in the summer. But so far so good. I think.
