Lenore is the precious jewel of County Comfort, which is why we've made her the first point of customer contact. It would be a crime to keep her to ourselves! She enthusiastically completes an endless variety of tasks within the company to keep us running smoothly, but most impressive is her dedicated consistency in assuring our customers the most expedient, friendly service.

Lenore found her home in the County Comfort family in 2019. She diligently and expertly manages the schedules of multiple install teams, service techs, sales representatives, and the big bosses alike. She is always a phone call away, often going above and beyond to lend an ear and a hand to anyone in need of assistance. 

Lenore is not only the warm but firm, no-nonsense mother-hen to our gaggle of guys, she is also the actual mother of Installation Tech/Sales Rep Eric Gordineer, and a teenage daughter, Alexis. She is loving wife to our Installation Tech, Tommy Crawford. Lenore treats all coworkers like family, often checking in on team-members kids (and pets!). She has been voted the Employee of the Month 24 months running by our shop cats, whom she gives LOTS of love, affection, and many, many treats.
