He went all over our house, including the attic and crawl space. He also took many pictures so he could show us what he was describing.

He absolutely explained every detail. And we had many questions which he answered!

I'm not sure what would have happened with our system if we had not called these guys!
What did they learn that was most surprising:
That our duct work had been invaded by critters and some had pulled off the vents! Also that we had a dangerous situation in our gas pack that has now been rectified thanks to Dan!
