How knowledgeable was the energy adviser

(By "energy advisor" I'm assuming you mean the person who met with us and sold us the unit.) I believe the unit, particularly the blower, far exceeded the capacity unit we needed to comfortably cool our upstairs. This led to a number of remedial steps being taken to address the swooshing sound through the vents in our master bedroom. If I had received detailed information on the sound this capacity unit/blower would produce I would have purchased a lower capacity unit.

Did the energy adviser explain his findings

(By energy advisor here I'm assuming this person is the one who followed up to address my concerns/complaint about the noise the air was making during the night which actually woke me up on more than one occasion.) I cannot speak too highly of the professionalism Sean Driscoll displayed as his team initially installed larger duct work, then ran two additional vents when the new duct work did not solve the problem. Lastly, Sean oversaw the placing of dampers in the ducts running into the master bedroom which ( thanks be to the Lord) addressed the problem of massive volumes of unregulated air entering the master bed room. Sean, Owen and his team, Stephen and Brandon all did their work with an attitude of respect and courtesy. And to my amazement all of this remedial work was performed at no extra charge to me.

Was the energy adviser friendly

Sean and all the men mentioned above were friendly and exhibited no signs frustration or defensiveness which most companies and their employees do when you are not satisfied with their work. I appreciated the "Yes sirs, yes mam's". All these guys were great to have working in our home.

How pleased were you with the experience

I cannot commend these men and the culture you have created at GSM high enough. I am 63 years old and have had many companies to a variety of work on our appliances, vehicles, our house through the years but no company comes close to the standard you set for service and customer satisfaction. Thank you.

Yes, I was aware what was happening. The blower burned out in the old unit.
