Energy Audit
Steven Grant arrived for my Energy Audit. From the very beginning, he was polite, very businesslike and showed me the courteous attitude of time and speaking to me so that I could understand everything he was discussing. I am currently dealing with a very bad cold and he patiently stopped when coughing got in the way. During the entire 3-hour audit, he very carefully noted concerns and discussed them with me. He also discovered a very bad leak in my master shower, that appears to have major damage. He very quickly contacted Service Pro and discussed my bathroom floor. This now became a major concern for me. After the initial call from Steven, I received a follow-up call and spoke with a Service Pro representative to schedule an appointment for investigating my bathroom floor. Then I asked Steven how I could take advantage of the offer on the attic insulation he proposed BUT put it on hold until I could get the floor in my bathroom addressed. Without hesitation, he proposed a plan that could allow me to do this and have the attic issues fixed later with a down payment. OMGosh... he is my hero. I originally contacted GSM because Duke Energy mailed me energy updates monthly and I wanted to see what was keeping me under a good score. From the moment Steven walked in, until he left, he discussed all the concerns with photos and suggested what I needed. I never felt pressured and he never seemed to be in a hurry. He is a great representative of your brand. He was very patient and took the time to give me plenty of information about each area we discussed. Although for now, I am pending work for my attic for a later time, I will for sure be interested in another visit with him for my crawl space under my house. Steven is an excellent example of your company and brand. I am VERY impressed and excited that he was my first impression of your company. Thank You!!
