What did they learn that was most surprising:
How personable all the staff were in addition to the usual GSM professionalism. I had recently undergone surgery and am quite dependent upon the cane to help me walk. During the visit, I lost my cane somewhere in the house and one of the professional installers offered to help me look for it at least twice. Although the attic was at least 137 degrees Fahrenheit, the installers never complained.
