I was able to get an appointment with Chris pretty quickly. He spent considerable time collecting all the information and pictures from our attic. He offered various options without trying to scare me into buying services I did not need. His explanations were very clear, concise with regard to services, materials and the results I could expect. The crew arrives on time and explains all that they will do which matched the conversations with Chris and the contract. Hamilton and his crew did a great job. They provided pictures of their work. They cleaned the garage when they finished their work and were very professional not only with me but with each other. I chose Dr. Energy and Chris Shepard because the competing companies had projected a negative attitude and explained that unless I was willing to spend $1800 they would not even come out to estimate the work. Im so glad I choose Dr. Energy and Chris Shepard. Hamilton and his crew did a great job getting our attic back up to code.
