Chris was great. He was very knowledgeable about his work. He was the only one of the three companies that actually went into the attic to check out what was in the attic and what was needed. I as very impressed.
I wasn’t here for the work, but my wife was and she said they were very professional and neat and informed my wife of everything they were doing.
I couldn’t even tell they were here.

What made you choose our company:
I chose three companies based on reviews from the better business bureau. The first two companies who gave us quotes were in and out in twenty minutes. Chris Shepherd was here an hour and talked about what we wanted to accomplish and listened to our concerns and he proceeded to check the air temperature at our registers for our air conditioning and then he went into attic and went through the whole attic. He described what he recommended for insulation in the attic and they would install the roof truss baffles and vent any exhaust fans that weren’t vented. He also recommended spray foaming the rim joist’s and he explained why. Also they were the only company to give a clear solution to repair the insulation on the return air ducts in the attic. The choice to me was obvious. The price for the attic insulation from Dr Energy and the first company was very close in price, the real difference was the first company only did blown in fiberglass insulation whereas Dr Energy recommended cellulose which was already in the attic. The second company wasn’t even the ballpark price wise. They didn’t make any effort to win our business. So knowledge backed by science got my business. I would wholeheartedly recommend this company.
