Tom Blackburn's explanation of the work to be done was complete and easy to follow. He was professional and not ''pushy''. I already understood that insulating the crawl-space would promote a healthier environment in my home. The photos he took of the crawl-space convinced me to go ahead with the work. The work crews were punctual, polite and they also were very professional. I could hear bits of their conversations and I appreciated not hearing any swearing or loud laughter. They worked diligently and cooperatively. Justin Fysh was polite, punctual and answered all of my inquiries and questions. My son was very impressed with the work in the crawl-space.
