I was also impressed with your response to an issue that arose with the building inspector and Belou's commitment to ensuring the work was done to comply with the Building Inspector's requirements and without additional charges. Thank you!

Cory was very knowledgeable about the Triple Safe Sump pump and scope of work required for the sump pump installation. More information should be included in your booklet and in the meetings regarding installation and care of backwater valves which are often required in addressing flooding issues. The building inspector required a camera inspection following installation as the foundation drain was still connected to the floor drain. The camera inspection should have been requested prior to quoting the job to ensure all drainage issues were adequately addressed, especially when subsidies from the municipalities are being pursued.

Justin Fysh and his crew were excellent. Justin is very professional, hard working and took the time to answer all our questions as the project was completed. When a concern was raised by the building inspector, he promptly contacted the office to discuss and coordinate a resolution.

Interior clean up was great. My only suggestion is that more care could be taken to re-bury the cable wires that were uncovered as they dug the trench to bury the discharge pipes.
