When Johnny realized the hole in the floor where the heated air would go to the ducts was WAY too small, he explained why I would want this enlarged to make the system work better. He was surprised the previous installers had put in a furnace with that issue. I was impressed by his professionalism and work to make my new furnace run as efficiently as possible.
