Dan Minnick

Dan has been part of The Drying Co. Team since 2021. Prior to joining our team, Dan has spent over 25 years in the construction industry. He focused on casework in residential homes and commercial buildings working with clients from the initial consultation through the build and installation. His experience spans from building custom homes at the age of 16 to being the Project Manager on million-dollar medical facility renovations. This experience has given Dan an understanding of how homes and buildings are constructed and how they work together as a system.
Dan’s role focuses solely on working with our clients. He spends all the time they need listening and understanding their concerns and goals before doing a thorough inspection of their home. He enjoys working with his clients to review any findings and work with them to develop the best long-term solution for them and their homes.
In his free time, Dan enjoys spending time with his family and friends and getting outdoors as much as possible.
