Melonie Thompson

Melonie has been part of the Drying Co. team since 1999. Prior to joining our team, she earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from CNU.

Melonie isn’t just our Office Manager, she is also our Comptroller and HR department, and has earned the title of Office Mom. She is a fierce advocate for all our employees and customers. She is committed to ensuring things get done efficiently and encourages all of us to do our best. She keeps an open-door policy with every employee and is always willing to listen and lend a hand when needed.

She enjoys being able to work with all our employees and utilize her skills in psychology and as a mom. She likes learning new things about our industry and takes a proactive approach to problem-solving and teaching the team.

Melonie says she is proud to be part of a company that has never lost its identity as a family and continues to put its employees and its customers first.

In her free time, Melonie enjoys gardening and spending time with her family
