I have over 15 years of customer service experience, plus all the knowledge accumulated over the years from different positions.

What's your most used productivity hack?

Lists! I prioritize what needs to be done immediately, and handle each task in order until everything gets done!

What's your favorite thing about your job?

Helping our customers and making sure they are 100% satisfied with us here at TDC.

What's something you're proud of?

My ability to make light out of any situation. Everything is figureoutable! That's my motto!

Do you have any hidden talents or hobbies?

The beach is my happy place, and I like spending time with my wife, family, and our furbabies.

If you could have any superpower, what would it be?

I would like to be able to teleport anywhere!
