Sales Process
First, I was pleasantly surprised to receive information about the company and products in the mail. I was able to review this prior to meeting with the salesperson. I had a problem with plywood over attic beams not being nailed down. He included this being done in the estimate at no charge.
Our Installation Crew
I was extremely impressed with the crew and foreman. They were polite, firendly, professional and explained everything.
The Cleanup Process
What made you choose our company:
Condensation on the vent in my guest bathroom ceiling. I had Bud's look at it. I was told there was an issue with insulation in that spot. They recommended the Drying Co. and new insulation. I asked a neighbor, who is in construction, for an opinion. He told me the Drying Co. had an excellent reputation and he had redone his insulation.
