Above and beyond from Gary as he responded to my endless questions as I prepared this place for the Big Three Days. His follow-up visit a week before install meant a lot to me.
perfection. seriously. This was the best workmanship of any crew that has worked on this house in my 23 years of ownership. And i told them that as they left.
Every day they left this place cleaner than the day before even as the work progressed.
What made you choose our company:
Gary MacDonald, his depth of knowledge, years of experience, his conservative approach to not over sell or under sell. After I had already signed with Gary, I still kept the appointment I had made with JES. I was by then just looking for an engineering opinion on the soundness of the foundation not appreciating that they offered their own basement drainage solution. Their solution would have been an over sell, in my opinion, and statements were made about TDC's proposal that were simply not true. After checking with Gary and checking JES's website, I concluded that the JES rep was an unreliable source of information as it pertained to my needs. What a relief for me to see the impeccable craftsmanship that Eric and Dom performed every day here. You guys have my respect.
