After listening to 4 encapsulating company’s pitches and receiving cost estimates, I chose the Drying Co based on a neighbors referral, extremely informative proposal from Matt and the price. I had confidence that The Drying Company proposal was going to be a ‘good quality value’ initially and with trusted follow up future service. FYI-Your pricing was not the highest or the lowest, but appeared to be the overall ’Best Value’ for the dollar. Your Military and good faith delay of project discounts are greatly appreciated by this retiree. The competition was either way to rigid or inflexible with their encapsulation plans or extremely hard sell/arrogant/unprofessional in their presentations.
