My next-door neighbor had used your firm and so I had followed the work, the before and after photos and the degree of satisfaction expressed by my neighbors.
I gave the crew a very complimentary evaluation at the conclusion of their work, and they deserved and earned every word.
Mike discovered that a large duct had completely disconnected from its junction, took a photo for me, and put it back into place as a temporary fix, permitting me the opportunity to gather materials to make a secure permanent fix. Mike was superb in his explanations of maintenance to be performed, then outlined clearly all that had been done, assured me that all was well, and helped me on the path to making a critical repair to my home's HVAC connections!
