Rick was amazing at following up with me and patiently answering all of my many questions. I chose your company over another company whose estimate was slightly lower and whose company was based in my city because Rick gave me confidence in your company and product. He did just the right amount of follow up without being in any way pushy. After the fact I was also very happy with my installers who were very professional, thorough and good natured.
