It seemed like he had been doing this his whole life..and was very friendly and informative without being a car salesman.

He was very thorough and gave explanations regarding our concerns and solutions to help.
Was the energy adviser friendly
Yes. He even asked if he should remove his shoes and accepted a ball from my two year old son who kept handing him one..and let him play with the foam samples.

What did they learn that was most surprising:
The concept of sealing and insulating and exactly how much heat is lost from poor insulation. I feel like I just took a course in insulation and now understand more about what goes on under my house!
