I've had a great experience thus far. The quote I received was higher than others but I feel the quality of the company reflects the price. I am withholding my 5 just until I determine how much of a difference the insulation makes!
No complaints; while I would have liked to schedule earlier, they booked me, were flexible when I was out of town, and did not have to change dates for my job.
Shayne really sold me on the entire process. He was thorough, knew what he was talking about, answered all of my questions and was tireless in getting a job proposal together that met my needs. He truly is a cut above, willing to go the extra mile, and the best salesperson I've meet for a contracting-type job.
I cannot speak more highly of Ismael (sp?) and his crew. He was professional, courteous, and willing to take time to answer any and all of my questions. He was thorough in the job, and really went above and beyond to make sure that everything was done up to par before calling the job complete. An excellent contracting experience.
I won't give a perfect 5, only because there was a minor amount of dust and debris left behind, and one snapped tree branch from the truck; however this is to be totally expected with this type of work and does not reflect on the efforts of the job crew.
What made you choose our company:
I chose your company based upon several reasons: Shayne was extremely thorough in his audit, and was willing to not only go the extra mile (actually entering crawlspaces and kneewalls, photos) but was honest with me and answered my questions. At no point did I feel like I was being misled, which seems to be the standard procedure sometimes in contracting. He took the time to discuss pros and cons with me and to explain the Comfenergy approach and the materials you use. Secondly, the literature you provided was very interesting and professionally done. While I know there is a level of marketing that comes along with that sort of reading material, I know that it was science based and was informative when making my decision. Lastly, in all of my interactions I felt that this company was serious about getting my business (while not being overly aggressive) and providing a quality work product. Like I stated above the price proposal I received was much higher than others, but at the end of the day my comfort level with the company and the people you employed justified that cost difference for me. As long as the improvements increase the comfort of my house like I anticipate they will, Comfenergy will have found their biggest supporter.
