How knowledgeable was the energy adviser
I called two other companies. Comfenergy using Dr Energy Saver was so much better in terms of their approach to resolving our problems that there was really no comparison to the other attempts. Scott really knew his stuff. I learned a great deal from the experience, the software tools and diagrams Scott brought with him were very helpful. Scott made the invisible visible for us. I could feel what was going on, but did not understand what was happening.
