You were willing to take this job based on faith in a guy who'd just graduated from school and starting over in a new career. All I had that day was $100 for a deposit and you were under no obligation to make an exception in my case - but you did and I'm thankful for your work on my home!
During the work, my water heater unexpectedly required replacement (to qualify for the federal rebate) and Eddie not only facilitated my contact with Randy Pope of Gerrit's Plumbing, but he helped me gain the financing for the project. Eddie went above and beyond in a way that earned a customer for his employer AND for a vendor he recommended. Perhaps Eddie should get a raise.

Professional design of your website, the speed of your follow up to my inquiry, and the friendliness/professionalism of Eddie Holzem. Seriously, regarding my decision to choose Dr. Energy Saver by LeafGuard NE WI, the PRIMARY influence was the manner with which Eddie Holzem operated. Specifically, he was respectful, patient, willing to answer questions, obviously he had a sales pitch but I never felt that 'making the sale' was more important than ensuring I understood the service, he was friendly to my son, he gave me priority during our visit and did not allow his cell phone to create distractions.Company's Response:
