Concrete Stair lifts are our favorite kind of repair!  Why.... because we get to use our jacks to lift then fill the void with foam and compact the soil below!  Its super satisfying to watch and makes for a great before and after.  Check out how great the sealant look on these concrete steps!

Robert had a sunken driveway which progressively got worse over the years.  Our installers were able to lift and level his entire drive restoring it to its former glory!  

After years of erosion, this walkway needed a little pick me up.  No more tripping over this driveway! 

Sue was having issues with her sunroom and door over the years and finally determined it could not be put off any longer.  It took a few months of her thinking it over before she decied to give us a shot.  Prior to us coming in she could not easily open or close her sunroom door due to sinking on the concrete slab below.  After completion her sunroom was leveled back to its original position but she was still unable to open and close her door correctly because of settling and movement on the lock mechanism.  Matt and his crew wanted to make sure she could use her sunroom that night so they stayed behind and fixed the problem free of charge.  Sue is now a happy camper and looking forward to many more years of use to her sunroom.  Thanks Sue, we appreciate your business!

David was hired to finish a basement in Loveland Colorado and realized the floor was in desperate need of concrete repair.  With a little persuasion we were able to lift and level the foundation concrete floor back to its former glory.  No more concrete slabs sinking here! ;)
