Eric in Bedford Hills, NY was facing an intense roofing issue, with leaks starting to cause concern. With his roof reaching 20 years old, he knew it was time for an upgrade. Our team at Klaus Larsen Roofing got to work, replacing the rear section of his home’s roof with durable IKO Summit Grey shingles, complemented by white drip edge metals for a clean finish. We also installed extra Ice and Water protection in key areas, including the unconditioned front porch, rear dormer, and around the skylights, ensuring defense against future leaks. To complete the project, we replaced his aging 5” gutters with new 6” gutters and downspouts, improving water flow and drainage. For a seamless look, the new chimney flashing was done in brown.
