This cape-style home in Middletown, CT was in need of a new roof. After tearing off one layer of existing roofing materials, we replaced one sheet of damaged plywood decking. In accordance with the new building code requirements, we taped all joints on the roof with self-adhering flashing tape. We then installed 2 rows of ice & water barrier on the roof near all eaves, valleys, chimneys etc. In terms of shingles, we installed a Klaus Larsen Roofing System with Cambridge Architectural Shingles in the color Charcoal Grey. We finished the job by removing and replacing the flashing on the chimney with brand new lead flashing. This house is now complete thanks to Klaus Larsen Roofing!

This single family home in Middletown, CT was in need of a new roof and a new skylight. After tearing off one layer of existing roofing material, we replaced all damaged sheets of plywood decking. We then covered the entire roof deck with an ice & water barrier. in terms of shingles, we installed a Klaus Larsen Roofing System with IKO Cambridge Architectural Shingles in the color Aged Redwood. In terms of skylights, we installed a brand new Velux FS Skylight. We finished the job by removing and replacing the existing flashing on the chimney with brand new lead flashing. We then replaced any damaged plywood decking and laid down Owens Corning Weatherlock G Ice & Water Shield to protect the home from any outside moisture. For shingles, we used Owens Corning Oakridge Shingles in the color Brownwood. In addition, we installed 3 brand new Velux Fixed Deck Mount Skylights with a 20-Year No Leak Warranty. This homeowner can now face the upcoming winter months with complete peace of mind.
