At this 1780's located in North Stonington, CT we completely tore off the existing roof and installed a new Owens Corning roofing system. After we stripped the existing shingles and hauled them to the Asphalt Roof Recycling Center in Stratford, CT we removed the damaged plywood decking and replaced it with new plywood decking. To protect the interior of the home from moisture, we installed Owens Corning Weatherlock G Ice & Water shield. For shingles, we used Owens Corning Duration Shingles in the color Brownwood. To finish this roof off, we removed and replaced all of the lead chimney flashing to ensure that no water can come through the chimney to the interior of the home. This roof comes with a 50-year warranty so the homeowner can go through the rainy months ahead, worry free! 

A home in North Stonington was in need of a roof replacement due to the roof being over 20 years old. 

In North Stonington, CT, this home’s roof had seen better days. The before photos showed heavy moss growth, dark streaks, and worn shingles, clear signs that it was time for a replacement. This homeowner's asphalt roof in Plainfield, CT was about 25 years old and needed to be replaced. They reached out to us, and after a full inspection and one-on-one meeting with our Sales Inspector, part of our free estimate, this home owner chose to put Klaus on Their House with our full Klaus Roofing System. This was a great project for Klaus Larsen. The Central Assembly of God in Wauregan, CT was experiencing leaks due to the fascia and the roof was partially metal and partially shingle. After replacing the damaged plywood, three rows of  Ice & Water was installed. Underlayment was installed, which is engineered to repel water. White aluminum drip edge/rake flashing was installed along the outside perimeter of the roof. CertainTeed Landmark architectural shingles were used to match the recently installed roof slopes. The color was Charcoal Black.
