For the shingles, we installed a Klaus Larsen Roofing System using IKO Cambridge Architectural Shingles in the Dual Brown colorway. To finish off this job we installed a ridge vent to keep the attic ventilated, as well as replacing the vent pipe boot. This home is now complete thanks to Klaus Larsen Roofing!
The owners of this home in Suffield called us because they needed their roof repaired. At first, they asked us to install a 2nd layer of shingles over the original. The owners changed their mind when we visited the job and explained how a 2nd layer would only harm their home without fixing their issues. We fixed their roof by tearing off the old shingles and installing new ice & water barrier and synthetic underlayments. Lastly, the Onyx Black Duration shingles were installed and the owners had their skylights replaced at the same time with new solar powered skylights.
This was a beautiful home in South Glastonbury that we paired with a top notch roof. Here we used a Slatestone Gray shingle.
