An attic is like the thermometer of an ailing house. Structural damage and rotting plywood may not always be visible from the outside, but we can certainly tell by what we see occurring underneath the roof. When we surveyed the attic of this home in Hebron, we found signs of water damage. As part of the roof installation, the decking was replaced with new CDX plywood and we covered all exposed wood with Owens Corning DeckDefense Synthetic underlayment. An aluminum drip edge was installed along the roof perimeter and the chimney was re-pointed and flashed with lead. This job was protected by the complete Owens Corning Platinum Protection Warranty, so we can guarantee the materials used as well as our workmanship.  

The owner of this home in Hebron, CT had a couple of problems. Not only did the roof need replacing, but the gutter were sagging in some areas and caused leaks. We fixed the sagging gutter and installed new Gutter Guards on the existing aluminum gutters. We then installed Slatestone Gray Duration shingles and a new ridge vent.

This home had 3,000 sq foot roof of shingles that needed to be replaced. It also needed new chimney and skylight flashing which was replaced, along with the roof, in just 1 day!

Built in 1993, this 25 year old home in Hebron, CT contacted Klaus Larsen in need of a new roof. This single-family home in Hebron, CT was in need of a new roof replacement. To start, we tore off and disposed of one layer of roofing materials & replaced 3 layers of damaged plywood decking.
