This single family home in Amston, CT was in need of a new roof. After tearing off one layer of existing roofing materials, we replaced 4 sheets of damaged plywood decking. In accordance with the new building codes, we sure to seal all joints of the roof deck with flashing tape. We also installed two rows of an ice & water barrier near all roof eaves, valleys, chimneys, etc. In terms of shingles, we installed a Klaus Larsen Roofing System with IKO Cambridge Architectural Shingles in the color Charcoal Grey. We finished the job by replacing the existing chimney flashing and installing a brand new vent pipe Perma-Boot. This house is now complete thanks to Klaus Larsen Roofing!

To prepare for the upcoming winter season this homeowner located in Ellington, CT needed a new roof. To start, we stripped the existing roof and recycled it into new asphalt roads. This house needed new plywood decking on the roof to keep the structure of the roof intact. We laid down Owens Corning Weatherlock G Ice & Water to prevent any moisture from getting into the interior of the home. For shingles, we used Duration TruDefinition Shingles in the color Estate Gray. Lastly, we installed a new VentSure Ridge Vent to provide top-notch attic ventilation to the home. 

At this 1997 contemporary log home located in Ellington, CT we completely stripped the existing roof and replaced it with new Owens Corning shingles. First, we tore off the existing shingles and replaced any damaged plywood decking to ensure the roof has a stable structure underneath. Then, we laid down Owens Corning Weatherlock G Ice & Water shield to prevent any outside moisture from coming into the home. For new Owens Corning shingles, we installed Duration Tru Definition Shingles in the color Desert Tan. To protect the chimney from the wet weather elements we removed the old flashing and installed new lead flashing. This homeowner can now enter the spring season worry free!
