Roof Replacement in Bloomfield, CT

This single-family Ranch in Bloomfield, CT was in need of a new roof. After tearing off one layer of existing roofing material, we replaced all damaged sheets of plywood decking on the roof. We then installed 2 rows of ice & water barrier near all roof eaves, valleys, chimneys, etc. We installed a Klaus Larsen Roofing System with Cambridge Architectural Shingles in the color National Blue. We removed and replaced the flashing on the chimney with brand new lead flashing. We finished the job by removing the existing vent pipe boot and replacing it with a new 3-inch Perma-Boot. This house is now complete thanks to Klaus Larsen Roofing!

Roof Replacement in Columbus, OH

This stunning home in Columbus, Ohio, was ready for a summer roof replacement. At Klaus Larsen Roofing, we specialize in delivering roofs that stand the test of time. Our replacement process ensures that your new roof is not only durable and leak-free but also backed by a 50-year warranty. We use a range of high-quality products to guarantee superior structural integrity and water sealing.

Our process begins with Sealoron XT Deck Tape, which prevents water from seeping into board cracks and allows for expansion and contraction of the boards. Next, we apply the Sealoron XT Ice & Water Barrier along all roof edges, eaves, and valleys, providing extra protection for the most vulnerable areas. Finally, we cover the remaining plywood with Velora One Roof Underlayment, creating an additional layer of defense between the shingles and the decking.

Together, these three components create an ultimate defense against wind-driven rain and any water that might slip in from underneath the shingles. This Ohio home is ready to face the wrath of mother nature! Put a Klaus on your house today!

Southington, CT Roof Replacement

Lou from Southington, CT, is a loyal customer of Klaus Larsen Roofing. We previously installed a new roof on his last home, so when he purchased a new house with a 30-year-old roof, he knew exactly who to call. Returning to the experts he trusts, Lou contacted us to give his beautiful new home the refresh it needed.

At Klaus Larsen, we take pride in delivering the best for our customers. When we stripped down Lou's old roof, we replaced any rotting or damaged boards with fresh Klaus Plywood, ensuring a strong foundation for the new roof. To protect this base, we applied several layers of seals to keep the plywood in top condition and safeguard his home.

First, we used Sealoron XT Deck Tape to secure the plywood boards while allowing for breathability between them. This tape is the first line of defense, preventing water from seeping through any gaps. Next, we applied Sealoron XT Ice & Water Shield to the edges and vulnerable areas of the roof, providing extra protection where it’s needed most. Finally, the Velora One Roof Underlayment was installed across the remaining surface, adding a crucial barrier between the shingles and the plywood.

For the finishing touch, Lou chose IKO Dynasty shingles in Granite Black—the best in the industry—to complete his home's fresh, modern look.

Roof Replacement in Middletown, CT

This beautiful home is owned by Paul in Middletown, CT. Paul had his roof done 26 years ago, and although there are no leaks, the shingles are curling and even falling off. It's time for a refresh! He contacted us at Klaus Larsen Roofing where we provided a free inspection and estimate for his home's roof. From there, we proceeded with the roof replacement process and provided Paul with a roof that will last for the rest of his time as a homeowner. He chose the color Cornerstone for the new shingles. The IKO Architectural shingles used in our Klaus Larsen roof replacements come with an anti-algae guarantee, featuring copper-coated granules embedded into the shingles to prevent unattractive black stains, streaks, and discoloration. These shingles are tear-resistant and Class 3 Impact resistant, ensuring they stay firmly in place. Done The Klaus Roofing Way!
