Our customers home was on the market for sale and a buyers inspection showed a mold like substance on the sheathing & trusses of the attic space. Our company was hired to remediate and fix the ventilation. We came in and removes all Baffles from the eaves and cleared out any debris from the soffits vents. After this we sprayed Mold X2 and Mold X2 Botanical product to clean the mold. Once spraying was completed we added all new DuroVent duel wide baffles for a corrective measure for the ventilation. This home went on to be sold and both buyer and seller were very happy with our quick response on availability.
After doing some electrical in the attic our homeowner called us in to remediate his attic was covered in mold. We used Mold X2 and Mold X2 botanicals to remove any staining and mold from the attic sheathing.
During the discovery inspection for mold, we found that the attic space was under-insulated. We topped off the insulation with our stabilized blown-in cellulose insulation to fill in. This brought their attic insulation R-Value to Michigan standards.
Our homeowner noticed his upstairs was always warmer in the summer and cooler in the winter. Our company remediated the mold, air sealed and added new cellulose insulation.
Our customer called and wanted insulation added to his attic in his garage. He spent a lot of time in there and wanted to be more comfortable in the cold elements. We added TruSoft Cellulose and SilverGlo polystyrene along with ZypFoam to seal.
