Our customer had us out to see what we could do to reduce her energy bills. She had a heated four car garage with no insulation in the attic above her garage.

Our customers home had attic mold and needed this remediated before the sale of his home. We were able to come in and complete this job quickly for our customer didn't want to lose a sale. We used Mold X2 products and MoldX2 Botanicals to clean this attic. We also installed all new duel baffles to correct the ventilation.

The homeowner called for their home inspection indicated possible mold in the attic. Our company remediated the attic using Mold X2 and MoldX2 Botanical products. We also installed all new duel baffles once the soffits were cleaned from debris and insulation.

Our homeowners home was on the market to sell and a home inspection indicated there was mold on the sheathing and trusses in the attic. We also cleared all soffit vents from debris and insulation and added all new duel vent baffles for correction. Our customers home sold and were very happy with our process.
