Tamara Mooney, a Wall Township resident, started as one of our appointment center representatives and rapidly worked her way up to our Human Resources Manager and shortly after, gained another title with Cowleys as the Appointment Center Manager. She is a self-starter who brings the highest personal standards. Tamara has a strong drive to exceed, excel, and improve, and is working hard to learn everything she can about the pest control business and take on more responsibilities, which we are more than happy to provide her!
Starting in November 2018, she brought to Cowleys an unusually diversified background in business and non-profits where she worked with an extremely diverse clientele from different backgrounds in a wide range of often difficult situations. Tamara exudes professionalism and confidence with both her co-workers and our clients. In a short period of time, it has become an important contributor to the Cowleys team.
Tamara is exceptionally conscientious and has a positive, upbeat attitude that’s downright contagious. She stays on task to ensure that we timely resolve any customer issue by assigning the right technicians with the right tools to the business or residence and getting them there as soon as possible.
As Appointment Center Manager, Tamara oversees the office staff, ensuring that our day-to-day office operations run smoothly. Excellent customer communication is essential for us to continue to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, our key benchmark of success. To that end, Tamara helps us optimize the effectiveness of our customer service representatives. She ensures that our incoming customer calls are handled professionally and appropriately, and that our out-going calls are handled expeditiously with follow-up calls made as needed.
Tamara is a natural with customer communications and the poise and professionalism that she developed as community outreach director of a Monmouth County non-profit shows through every day. As a director, she helped the local community by supporting parents and caregivers of children faced with mental and behavioral issues and other challenges. She is experienced in team building, office management, accounting, payroll, regulatory compliance, and workflow efficiency.
Tamara has a great sense of humor, is exceptionally outgoing, and gets along with everyone she meets. She is extremely devoted to her family and strives to spend every waking moment outside of work with her family and kids. Above all else, Tamara takes her responsibilities as a mom most seriously and is focused on responsible parenting and raising her kids right. As we all know, parenting is, by far, the most challenging job for any of us.
